A 20% deposit is required upon booking with us for any event. This reserves the date for you. This deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is received no later than 90 days prior to function date($250 is non-refundable). Indicated on the contract are the dates that payments are due. If payments are not made, Rosalies's reserves the right to release the date and the contract will then be null and void.
GUARANTEES
The catering coordinator will require the guaranteed number in your party
72 hours prior to your event or the estimated number of people at the time
of booking will be taken as such a guarantee for billing purposes. It is
recommended that all confirmed attendance be specified ten (10) working
days prior to the event, then finalized 72 hours prior (we will allow a 5%
variance at this time). This will be considered your minimum guarantee and
subject to reduction. Charges will then be based on the guarantee or
actual attendance, whichever is greater. Rosalies will be prepared to
serve 10% above the actual number.
BILLING
Upon confirmation of any major event booking, a 20% deposit is required
with a signed contract. 50% of the final balance is due sixty days prior
to your event. Final balance is due five days prior to event. Any
outstanding charges occurred will be billed the day following the event.
MENU SELECTION
Rosalies Fine Foods requires the names of all the guests who may be
allergic to any food or beverage items prior to event date. We also cater
to special vegetarian and vegan needs as well. Your coordinator must have
a finalized menu selection of food and beverage ten days prior to your
function. This is to ensure proper planning and time for ordering items
for your function.
If a specific item is requested through Rosalies, which is not included on our Banquet list, the group must purchase the remaining unused product from Rosalies. (i.e. specially ordered bottles of wine)
CATERING EQUIPMENT
Rosalies Fine Foods is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to
cater any event inside or out. Please ask our Catering Manager about the
additional rentals that we can offer. Additional charges may apply for
usage of certain items.
We can provide you with smart serve certified bartenders. Our bartenders have many years experience and can enhance the elegance of any event.
